Overview
Our returns and refund policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. To finalize your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method within 14 working days.
For late or missing refunds, if you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then, reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. After that, contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund appears. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at sales@mielectric.com.sg.
Sales Items
Refunds are only available for items sold at regular price. Items that are on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
To return your item, please send it to: 16 Arumugam Road, #07-01A, LTC Building D, Singapore 409961.
You will need to cover the shipping costs for returning your product, and these costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be subtracted from your total refund. The duration for your exchanged product to arrive may differ based on your location. For higher-value items, you might want to use a trackable shipping service or obtain shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
